  • Laura Klovaite

    SOUND PRACTITIONER

    Laura combines the eastern and western sound therapy practises using Himalayan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Gongs & Therapeutic Percussion. The method of sound bathing used in this session has been specifically designed to give the mind and body a deep rest. We are beyond excited to have Laura at The Hideout to share her craft with you.

  • Lena and Freddie

    THE SEAWEED PEOPLE

    Lena and Freddie are joining us at The Hideout in this March. We are so excited to welcome them in to share a talk and workshop on seaweed with you. Their focus is primarily on utilising hand-foraged seaweed. They then develop skincare, food and artwork from seaweed we forage and freshly harvest ourselves. They will talk and demonstrate The health benefits attributed to seaweed and will cover how you can include it into your diet and lifestyle.

  • Fleur Gilchrist

    KA HUNA BODYWORKER

    Fleur is a level 5 Ka Huna bodyworker, she has been training in Australia at Mette’s Institute, High Spirits. Ka Huna has ignited a flame inside her and a new way of life with the drive to share the art of Ka Huna. Ka Huna restores balance while promoting health and vitality. Fleur uses her hands and forearms in continuous, rhythmic long flowing strokes and with this nurturing massage you will feel held by Fleur and her gentle harmonious energy.

  • Emily Rogers

    ARTIST

    Emly is a British painter and studied Fine Art at Leeds Arts University for three years, graduating in 2018. Wanting to develop her painting skills further, Emily moved to Florence, Italy, and began studying at Charles H Cecil Studios. Here, she learnt the old masters technique of 'sight-size', whereby the sitter is observed. Teaching life drawing classes, Emily helps you loose yourself in the craft.

  • Tallulah O’Hea

    MASSAGE THERAPIST

    Tallulahis a body confidence coach and an all rounded incredible woman. Tallulah has been treating clients in London for over 6 years, specialising in Deep Tissue Massage. She has an incredible intuition when working with the body and her knowledge and understanding of detecting the pain points makes the treatment extremely effective. With her massage knowledge and passion for caring for the skin, she is trained as a facialist. Offering deep cleansing and rejuvenating facials.

  • March Russell

    BREATHWORK PRACTITIONER

    March is on a mission to make breathing practices more approachable. Given its’ beautiful simplicity and easy accessibility, being literally right underneath our nose he truly feels, from the bottom of his heart, that it has the power to dramatically change one’s state of mind and physical health if utilised properly. March will guide you in a 2 hour breath work session to decrease stress and enhance peace.

  • Tilly Halden

    CROCHET WORKSHOP HOST

    Tilly is the founder and creator of Knotty Trails. She has been crocheting for about 7 years now but only in the last year created her brand ‘Knotty Trails’. Based in the city of Bristol, she has spent time creating unique designs and patterns totally from scratch and teaching beginners how to crochet. Tilly aims to keep growing her business, spreading the gift of crochet as she goes and challenging herself to create more intricate and beautiful designs to share with the world.

  • Lucy Strutt

    ECSTATIC DANCE HOST

    Lucy is a holistic therapist who works with the body. She is a community builder, hosting ecstatic dances, meditations, workshops and moon circles. She is passionate about reconnecting mind and body, especially after experiences with grief and trauma, and works 1-1 offering energy healing, and focalizing - a somatic trauma informed modality. Lucy is an advocate for psychedelic therapy and microdosing.

  • Hermione O’Hea

    ARTIST

    Hermione paints thousands of small squares to make a painting, ties tens of thousands of threads to make a fibre artwork and designs mathematical installations with coloured cord. She can just about do it all!!! She trusts most in her quiet inner voice. The best creative decisions she has made come from within.
